This is such a great presentation. Jane asks the question – can we make is as fun and engaging to save the world in real-life as in online games? Currently 3 Billion hours per week is invested by people playing online games. Jane says we would need to increase that number to 21 Billion to save the world. How? Well, games like World of Warcraft give players the means to save worlds, and incentive to learn the habits of heroes. What if we could harness this gamer power to solve real-world problems? Jane McGonigal says we can, and explains how in this awesome video. Epic wins- I love it!!!
