One of my favorite humans of all time. John Wooden October 14, 1910 – June 4, 2010
John Wooden was one of the greatest of all times. Not only for his unparalleled accomplishments but also in terms of the way he lived, the way he taught, the way he inspired and most importantly the way he loved . I was forever changed many years ago by Tony Robbin’s Power Talk interview with John Wooden– simply awesome. More recently I was deeply moved by John Wooden Love Letters on ESPN. If you have never studied John Wooden’s life, I encourage you to do so especially if you have sons in sports. Rest in peace John and thank you for modeling a life well lived.
